Application
Access to our site is restricted for individuals over the age of 18. As a legal guardian, by joining Remedy Testing, you accept and carry the full responsibility for any and all terms of service associated with the use of our platform, not just for yourself, but also for anyone for whom you access services through your account, including minors under your guardianship. If you are a proactive seeker of wellness, someone who values informed choices in your health journey, or if you've felt constrained by conventional medical practices, our association offers a place of peace.

Types of users
Remedy Testing has different user account categories that desinagte specific application features.
Non-registered users: (If you are browsing our site without registering, your access is limited to the information and resources available to the public. This includes general information about Remedy Testing, our philosophy, and samples of our public resources. Non-Registered Users can explore the site to gain a basic understanding of what we offer but will not have access to the full range of services or private application features.)
Registered users: (Sign up or sign in with Remedy Testing, you gain access to our private application, a broader range of our services, and full support from our team. As a registered user, you will be able to personalize your experience, access exclusive content, and utilize initial levels of our service offerings. Registration opens the door to a more interactive and enriched engagement with Remedy Testing, allowing for a tailored approach to your health and wellness journey.)
Active users: (For a monthly fee, active users enjoy all the benefits of registered users, with discounted testing, access to premium pages, in-depth information, and advanced functionalities that come with their specific plan. This user category is designed for individuals committed to actively engaging in their health improvement and taking full advantage of our comprehensive suite of tools and services.)
Professional Users (This category is tailored for health professionals and wellness centers looking to integrate Remedy Testing’s services into their practice. Professional users will have access to specialized tools, resources, and support designed to enhance their ability to provide care. This level is ideal for practitioners seeking to expand their services with alternative and holistic health solutions, offering a collaborative approach to patient and client health.)

What we expect from you
Any individual who has utilized or is currently accessing our services with past, current of future services. is bound by the terms and conditions set forth by Remedy Testing, upon signing up or signing in. The User agrees to use the services provided for private, personal, and intended purposes as outlined by Remedy Testing. The user acknowledges that any information, guidance, or services received through Remedy Testing are to be used responsibly and ethically, consistent with the terms of service and the mission of Remedy Testing.
Have purpose
Members of Remedy Testing are required to engage with our services with a clear and specific purpose, aligned with personal health improvement and wellness goals. The resources, information, and tools provided through our platform are intended solely for personal use, to assist in the pursuit of holistic health and well-being. Usage of our services for unauthorized, commercial, or non-personal purposes is strictly prohibited. Members must ensure that their interaction with our services contributes positively to their personal health journey and does not infringe on the rights, privacy, or wellness of others.
Getting access to services
The services accessible to the Member under this Agreement include, but are not limited to: an extensive selection of curated informational resources, premium content, and personalized support services tailored to facilitate informed decision-making regarding health and wellness strategies. The Member is entitled to utilize various channels of communication provided by Remedy Testing, including but not limited to, internal messaging platforms, email support, and direct telephone lines to our professional team, ensuring timely and effective support is available as needed. Furthermore, the Member will be provided with a streamlined sample collection service, inclusive of all necessary materials and instructions for accurate sample collection and postage, to facilitate the smooth submission of samples for analysis. The Member will also have access to advanced testing and scanning services, offering detailed health insights through comprehensive reporting and analysis, followed by personalized consultative feedback. Finally, based on the outcomes of the aforementioned analyses, the Member will receive personalized recommendations aimed at improving overall well-being, which may encompass lifestyle adjustments, nutritional advice, and health supplement suggestions, all tailored to the Member's unique health profile and objectives. Some of our services will grant you access to some form of content or information and it is up to your discretion to act on any of the information provided.
Terms of Association
This Association of members declares that our objective is to allow the Private Membership Association founders and all Private Membership Association members with a platform in which to conduct all manner of private business with the Association and with other Associations and Association members, keeping all business in the private domain and utilizing the protections guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Charter of Rights of Canada, and the Constitution to conduct business in private and to provide a platform for members to conduct business in the private domain under all protections acknowledged and guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States, and any previous protections guaranteed.
We believe that the Constitution of the United States of America, the various constitutions of the several states of the union, and the Charter of Rights of Canada guarantees our members the rights of absolute freedom of religion, free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of helping one another in asserting our rights protected by those Constitutions, Charter and Statutes, in addition to the rights to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, the right to not incriminate ourselves, and the right to freely exercise all other unalienable rights as granted by our creator, our almighty God and guaranteed by those Constitutions, Charter, and Statutes. WE HEREBY Declare that we are exercising our right of “freedom of association” as guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the U.S. Constitution and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions, as well as the Charter of Rights of Canada.
We declare the basic right of all of our members to decide for themselves which Association members could be expected to give wise counsel and advice concerning all matters including, but not limited to education, physical, spiritual, and mental health care assistance, law, and any other matter and to accept from those members any and all counsel, advice, tips, whom we feel are able to properly advise and assist us.
We expect the freedom to choose and perform for ourselves the types of therapies and treatments that we think best for diagnosing, treating, and preventing illness and disease and for achieving and maintaining optimum wellness, as well as the freedom to choose for ourselves any types of assistance which may be made regarding law and any other private business activity.
We declare the basic right of all of our members to decide for themselves which Association members could be expected to give wise counsel and advice concerning all matters including, but not limited to education, physical, spiritual, and mental health care assistance, law, and any other matter and to accept from those members any and all counsel, advice, tips, whom we feel are able to properly advise and assist us.
The mission of this Association is to provide members with a forum to conduct business between members in the private domain with the protections guaranteed within the aforesaid Constitution and Charter remaining fully intact.
The Association will recognize any person(s), natural or otherwise (irrespective of race, color, or religion) who have joined this Association or any social media group organized, created, or managed by this Association and is in agreement with these principles and policies as a member of this Association, providing said person has not been sanctioned, exercised, or otherwise banned by the association, and will provide a medium through which its individual members may associate for actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes heretofore declared.
Membership to this Association, and any of its groups may be terminated by the association Trustees or their designee, at any time, should they conclude that a specific member is interacting with them or any other members in a way that is contrary or detrimental to the focus, principles, and betterment of this Association.
I understand that, since The Association is protected by the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against The Association members or other staff persons. All rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by an Association designee, committee, or tribunal and will be waived by the member for the benefit of The Association and its members. By agreeing to this membership form I agree that I have sought sufficient education to determine that this is the course of action I want to take for myself.
I agree to join Remedy Testing, a private membership association under common law, whose members seek to help each other achieve better health and good quality of life. (A) I am voluntarily changing my capacity from that of a public person to that of a private member. My activities within The Association are a private contractual matter that I refuse to share with the Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies. I fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow member of The Association, unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil, and upon the recommendation and approval of the Association.
I enter into this agreement of my own free will without any pressure or coercion. I affirm that I do not represent any Local, State or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate and approve products or services, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment, or investigation. I have read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction. I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in this association at any time, and that my membership can and will be revoked if I engage in.
Handeling greivances
Remedy Testing is committed to fostering a supportive and positive environment for all members and staff. In line with this commitment, we advocate an internal resolution approach to addressing any grievances that may arise within our community. Members are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably and directly with the involved party whenever possible, promoting harmony and mutual respect among members. Should a member experience dissatisfaction with any aspect of the services, interactions with other members, or encounters with our staff, we urge them to seek resolution through our established internal grievance procedure. This process is designed to provide a confidential, effective, and fair means of resolving issues, with the aim of reaching a mutually agreeable outcome.
By participating in our community, members agree to refrain from publicizing disputes or grievances related to Remedy Testing or its members in any public forum or social media platform. This approach is intended to maintain the privacy and dignity of all parties involved, prevent the escalation of conflicts, and protect the integrity of our community. Remedy Testing disclaims liability for any disputes arising between members outside of the structured resolution process provided by our platform. While we encourage resolution through internal channels, the responsibility for resolving disputes that arise from member-to-member interactions ultimately rests with the individuals involved.
