Step 1: Choose Your Scan Method
You can provide either a hair or saliva sample. Both options are quick, easy, and non-invasive.
If you’re choosing to send a hair sample, you’ll only need a few strands, making collection simple.
If you opt for saliva, we’ll provide a collection swab to help you gather the sample without hassle.
Step 2: Register and Manage Your Account
Before sending in your sample, it’s essential to register your kit. This ensures we can track your sample and match it to your account.
You’ll receive instructions on how to register, and with your Remedy Testing account, you’ll be able to track the status of your scan and get updates on your results.
Step 3: Send It In
Once your sample is collected and registered, place it securely in the provided envelope. Use the pre-paid shipping label to send it back to our testing center.
Our team will promptly handle the scanning process within 1-5 business days and update you or your practitioner when your reports are ready for review.
